House upkeep rules

  • Buy a house with the !buyhouse command while standing in front of its door and facing the house. You need a premium account, level 200 or higher and money for the first rent. One house per account.
  • Rent is taken from the character's bank account for every rent period. Without enough money the owner gets warning letters in the depot and loses the house after 7 warnings. A house is also lost when the account loses premium.
  • Leave a house with the !leavehouse command while standing inside. Sell it to another player with !sellhouse followed by their name: the buyer needs level 70 or higher, no house of their own, and must stand next to you.
