How do I create an account?
Open Create account and choose an account name (5-32 lowercase letters and digits), a password and an e-mail address. You can create your first character right away. See the Getting started guide for details.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the password reset form on the login page. The link is sent to your confirmed e-mail address. If the address was never confirmed, the team cannot restore the account, so confirm it right after registering.
Does a new account get premium?
Yes, every new account gets a few days of premium to start with. You can see the number of days and the premium end date in the account panel.
How many characters can I have?
Up to 10 characters per account. Until you confirm your e-mail address you can create at most 2.
How do I found a guild?
Log in on the website and choose the character that will lead the guild. You found a guild on the Guilds page. One account can lead one guild. Guild changes (ranks, invitations, nicknames) take effect in game after the character logs in again.
How do I report a bug or a player?
In game press Ctrl+R and describe the situation. Report website and game bugs on Discord too. Do not abuse bugs - the rules punish it.
Where is the Discord?
The Discord link is in the page footer and on the Contact page. That is where we announce events and look for teams.
Why are there fewer monsters on my hunting ground?
Because it is depleted. When one place is hunted too hard, monsters come back more slowly, down to 80% of the normal pace. The experience per monster does not change, and the respawn recovers by itself when the hunting eases off. You can check the regions on the World health page.
Where should I hunt to get a bonus?
In overgrown and stormy regions, the places nobody has hunted in for a while. You get up to +20% experience and loot there. Type !ekosystem in the game to see the bonus where you stand and the list of regions with a bonus.
Is there a shop?
A premium points shop will arrive in the next stage of the website. Until then you can earn points in game, for example with free points.
