How to reach the Kovloria team: Discord, e-mail, in-game reports and response times.
The fastest way to reach us is Discord. That is where we announce maintenance and events, answer questions and take bug reports.
In-game reports
Press Ctrl+R in the client, choose a reason and describe the situation. The report goes to the team members online. Use it for rule violations, stuck characters or quest problems.
For account matters, penalty appeals and personal data write to the address shown next to this text. Include the character name (never your password) and describe the issue. Remember that the team never asks for your password or two-factor code.
Response times
Kovloria is run by volunteers. On Discord we usually answer within a few hours, e-mails within 3 working days. Penalty appeals are handled within 14 days.
